How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Where do you ship from? Our products are fulfilled from our supplier partners. Shipping times reflect this and are listed on each product page when applicable. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Customs fees or import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details and instructions. My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund. How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, contact us. Are MagSafe products compatible with non-Apple phones? Our MagSafe accessories work best with iPhone 12 and newer.
